Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied within the return period (14 days from delivery) we will happily refund your purchase price less our restocking fee of $6.99. Once the returning item(s) have been received by our shipping department and returned goods are in a brand new condition, we would then issue a refund to the original method of payment.

If an exchange is needed, we would treat the returning item(s) as a regular return [without the restocking fee] and ask that you please place a new order. We are unable to balance transfer or hold/reserve funds in any way, so the exchange process would be treated as two separate transactions.
